To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following guarantees and policies:

  • Returns

    - We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, the product must be in good condition and completely unopened.

    - Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    - Prior to returning or exchanging a product, please contact us at info@usgeneralproducts.com to ensure a smooth process and successful refund.

    - Returns made without prior contact may not guarantee a refund.

    Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached as any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.


  • Order Cancellation

    If you wish to cancel your order, you have up to 5 hours after placing it to notify us via email at info@usgeneralproducts.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Non-Received Packages / Lost or Stolen Packages

    - If you did not receive your package, please contact us within 15 days. Failure to do so may result in our inability to resend or refund your order.

    - We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse. Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation.

  • Defective Items

    - Returns for faulty items are accepted if the goods were defective upon delivery. We thoroughly check all items for defects before shipping.

    - Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund, including the postage paid for return shipping.

  • Shipping Responsibilities

    - Customers are responsible for return shipment and shipping costs. Restocking fees will not be charged.

    - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Authorized Retailers

    For Xernal products purchased from authorized retailers or sellers, please contact the original seller for returns or inquiries.
